The app was designed to help all partners of Christ get more out of their daily scripture sessions with deeper insights and thoughtful guidance. This super user-friendly app was created using the ever-popular Daily Bread printed Bible teachings from the Scripture Union team.
How does it work?
The Daily Bread app organizes the Bible we know and love into a series of easy to follow short sections. Each day the small section features a new passage complete with “expertly written commentaries and reflections to help you discover more in God’s Word”. The daily reflections are written by leading authors and theologians from around the world, just some of which include Wendy Virgo, David Lawrence, Jo Saxton, John Grayston, Elaine Duncan, David Tolputt, Sue Rinaldi and Mark Green.
How do I subscribe?
There are three options to choose from: the one month, three month or annual subscription option. Prices for the 1-month subscription are £1.49 UK (and .99 US), for 3 months £4.49 UK (and .99 US) and £9.99 UK (and .99 US) for a year. Each subscription pack are completely auto-renewing. One, of course, can also de-activate it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To turn off subscriptions, go to the account settings in iTunes/App Store after your purchase. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
